Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the HRIS systems to meet organizational requirements, implementing opportunities for automation, reduction of manual processes, and communicate/deploy processes that help drive accuracy and completeness. Processes human resource information using the most efficient and cost-effective computer systems and applications. Analyzes and maintains information systems in support of human resource administration and projects. Monitors HR information needs and modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements.
Support users by monitoring and resolving data integrity issues, ensuring the accuracy of HR information entered in the system and testing new features of the system as they are implemented to verify accuracy of HR procedures. Partner with HR Process Owners to provide training on new systems, processes, and reporting tools. Ensure appropriate documentation and training materials.
In-office Expectations - at least 2x times a week.
This role is eligible for overtime.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical/analytical expertise and provide functional support to the team.
- Design, code, configure, test technology solutions, document, implement and support software, and systems as required.
- Initiate and monitor change request after project go live. Support HR ticketing system as admin and tier one support.
- Perform entitlement reviews and log/document results.
- Collaborate with other members of the team and provide foundational support of all ASK HR activities.
- Evaluate existing technology solutions and platforms and provides recommendations for improving productivity and performance.
- Partner with HR Process Owners to provide training on new systems, processes, and reporting tools.
- Ensure appropriate documentation and training materials, schedule, and conduct HR Audits.
- Act as liaison between HR process owner and external vendor, to ensure confidential HR data is secured and various entitlement reviews are performed and documented.
- Assist with managing SAP security requests.
- Develop and suggest automated solutions for manual processes, spreadsheets, etc.
- Work with internal customers and other departments to develop tool requirements to achieve core business functions. Conceptualize, design, and communicate solutions to these requirements.
- Assist in identifying trends and researching internal or external factors influencing the trends and making recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with other HR professionals and stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions.
- Maintain and correct general master data issues in HR system.
- Assist and support ongoing project design and implementation.
Job Specific Qualifications
- 0 - 2 years with B.A./B.S. degree in business administration, human resources, or other relevant field;
- In lieu of degree - 4-6 years experience within the information technology field.

- Ability to support small, simple projects & customer requests by documenting requirements, establishing project scope & objectives - includin gathering and prioritizing customer requirements
