We have an immediate need for an HR Benefits Analyst
This temporary role is crucial as open enrollment season is approaching
We need someone to step in quickly to ensure seamless benefits administration during this critical period
The position will begin the week of October 28th.
Location: Waltham, MA (Hybrid 3-4 days onsite)
Compensation: $30-40/hour (based on experience)
Type: Temporary (starting week of 10/28)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities:
Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and provide excellent service.
Work closely with Third Party Administrators to ensure smooth program administration.
Lead wellness initiatives and manage special projects, including system implementations and new benefits rollout.
Analyze benefit utilization, providing recommendations to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
Participate in developing and distributing benefits materials, both online and in print, for employees.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration
Experience in compensation is a plus but not required.
Solid understanding of benefits compliance and relevant laws
Familiarity with compensation programs is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
