About the Job
Position: HRBP - focus on HR Operations
Duration: Temp-to-hire
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Hours: M-F 8AM - 5PM
Pay Rate: $35/hr - $45/hr
This person will be joining a smaller HR team of 3 people - needs to be well rounded HR Professional but focus on HR Operations. Everyone chips in on the team with covering responsibilities
Responsibilities:
-Employee relations, employee engagement, and assist with recruiting responsibilities
-Payroll processing and reporting - done in ADP WorkforceNow
-Multi state payroll experience is a must!
-Assist with performance reviews and compensation evaluation
-Own open enrollment benefits - will work with third party vendor
-Assist with Leave of Absence process
-Maintain HRIS (ADP Workforce Now)
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree
* 5+ years of experience preferably in media, entertainment, or digital space
* Previous experience with benefits administration, payroll processing, leaves of absence
*Possible travel involved especially if hired on permanently (1-2 times per year to either NYC or ATL)
