Client Overview:
Our client is a large transportation company servicing many parts of the Tristate areas. They are looking to add an HR Compensation Analyst to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$36/hr
Position Overview:
The HR Compensation Analyst position is a 6-month contract but has the potential to go longer and would be responsible for evaluating jobs and current market pricing positions.
Responsibilities of the HR Compensation Analyst:
- Utilizing your experience evaluating jobs.
- Market pricing positions.
- Benchmarking of compensation.
- Writing or reviewing job descriptions.
- Paying equity compliance.
- Developing compensation policies and practices.
Qualifications for the HR Compensation Analyst:
- 2 – 4 years of compensation experience.
- Excellent Excel skills.
Education Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or higher is required.
