Job responsibilities:
- Develop expertise across areas of HR outsourcing activities to facilitate oversight, governance and program deliverables: including analysis of HR portfolio, firmwide Policies, Standards and control procedures
- Develop a strong understanding of the overall HR business product and processes
- Act as an subject matter expert of the outsourcing framework and supporting procedures, to facilitate communication and follow up actions, liaising with firm and business stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain effective coordination and collaboration with stakeholders across the firm in the area of outsourcing (delivery managers, oversight business managers, business representatives and the firm’s Global Supplier Services teams)
- Support key stakeholders and partners in cross functional and cross regional teams, in understanding relevant aspects of the HR products, processes and outsourcing lifecycle, execution practices to quality control compliance with firm requirements
- Interpret clearly and articulate requests as needed; manage, review and assist to answer complex responses to leadership, key stakeholders and partners
- Project manage own deliverables, ensuring requests are tracked or escalated timely
- Understand Outsourcing metrics and reporting, anticipate potential risk or control breaches.
- Implement and maintain internal operating procedures
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, controls or operational risk
- Good time management and planning skills along with the ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time
- Ability to communicate with various stakeholder groups at different levels and within different areas of the business.
- Ability to perform gap analysis from multiple source of data, compile, summarize and prepare presentation with outcomes
- Experience in an outsourced environment desirable
- Written and verbal communication, critical thinking and analytical skills
