About the Job
We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator/Executive Assistant for a client of ours in Beverly, MA. You will directly support the VP of HR and support various HR functions, with a primary focus on HR administration.
Location: Onsite – 5 Days/Week in Beverly, MA
Schedule: 35-hour work week, flexible start/end times as long as consistent
Compensation: $28-35/hr (depending on experience); $60-75K base upon conversion
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding of new hires, including I-9 verification and background checks
- Maintain HRIS data integrity (Workday) and generate HR reports
- Manage HR inbox and respond to internal and external inquiries
- Coordinate scheduling for interviews and HR-related meetings
- Ensure accurate processing of employee information and documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- 4+ years of HR experience in an HR Administrative Assistant or Talent Acquisition Coordinator role
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in HR systems (Workday experience is a plus)
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team (HR team includes VP of HR, Director of HR, 2 HRBPs, Director of Benefits/HRIS, and Benefits Coordinator)
