About the Job
Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Training:
Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new RN hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to meet regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
Manage the mandatory 8-hour training program for RNs, tracking completion and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
Coordinate with relevant departments to provide ongoing training and development opportunities for RNs to enhance their skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
Compliance Management:
Monitor and maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to RNs, including but not limited to licensing requirements, continuing education, and patient care standards.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address any compliance gaps or deficiencies.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards related to RN conduct, performance, and ethics.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive and supportive work environment for RNs, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Manage employee relations matters, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Collaborate with other HR functions to provide comprehensive support to RNs, such as benefits administration, compensation, and employee assistance programs.
Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of HR professionals responsible for various aspects of RN compliance and employee relations.
Provide mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on employee relations and compliance.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing RNs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in HR management software and systems.
Experience working in the healthcare industry, with a preference for experience with Alayacare or Viventium, is a plus.
