Key Responsibilities of the HR Manager:

• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and the annual review process.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and staff development programs.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and manage disciplinary actions.
• Maintain HR documentation, including employee handbooks and records.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure timely reporting and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications of the HR Manager:

• 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Candidate must be bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish.
