The Human Resources Manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource functions for Elmington.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans.
- Manage and resolve employee conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
- Foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction through effective communication and support.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain adherence to employment laws and company standards.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
- Resolve issues related to benefits enrollment, compensation adjustments, and payroll discrepancies.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead and manage HR initiatives such as employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and wellness programs.
SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role in a fast-paced environment, with expertise in employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Extensive legal and investigation experience, including handling EEOC cases, sexual harassment, discrimination, and personnel complaints.
- Exhibits professional composure and interpersonal finesse, adept at diplomatically addressing challenges and maintaining accountability when required. Previous experience at the HR Manager level is essential.
- Proven experience working across multiple states/regions.
- Proficiency in assisting in developing policies and procedures, coupled with the ability to enforce accountability.
- Collaborates with a dedicated Learning and Development (L&D) professional; while our culture is globally oriented, some familiarity with L&D practices is advantageous.
- Required to be present in the office five days a week.
- Thorough understanding of onboarding processes, background checks, drug screening procedures, and compliance protocols.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires travel up to 10% of the time.
