Job Overview:
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to improve retention strategies.
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Provide training to managers on conducting performance reviews and giving constructive feedback.
- Assist in setting performance goals and career development plans for employees.
- Identify training needs and implement employee development programs.
- Organize safety training and compliance workshops in line with manufacturing regulations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures.
- Manage employee benefits enrollment and resolve related issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
- Collaborate with safety officers to promote workplace safety.
- Assist in the development of safety policies and compliance tracking.
- Support initiatives to create a culture of safety within the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of [X] years of HR experience, with at least [X] years in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
