We are a rapidly growing, international company in the Agricultural space hiring for a HR Manager, Training and Development to join our team and play a crucial part in shaping our employee development strategy of our organization and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Our ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of experience in HR training and development including program design and implementation, curriculum development, working with our GM's in our facilities and our executive level team for strategic planning. We offer hybrid remote work (2 days from home after training period), growth opportunities and more! (Must have manufacturing industry experience)

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled HR Training & Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent, full-time role that will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our human resources training and development programs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in organizational development, employee engagement, and workforce planning. This role is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to make a significant impact and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive training and development strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
2. Oversee the creation and execution of training programs for employees at all levels, ensuring they are engaging, effective, and promote career development.
3. Lead organizational development initiatives to improve our company's performance and employee satisfaction.
4. Implement HR policies and procedures that comply with all applicable laws and regulations and align with our company's culture and values.
5. Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
6. Drive employee engagement initiatives to ensure a high level of employee satisfaction and retention.
7. Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
8. Conduct workforce planning and talent management activities to ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right time.
9. Evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs and make necessary adjustments to improve their impact.
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in HR training and development.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification will be an added advantage.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in organizational development, training and development, HR policies, leadership, employee engagement, compensation and benefit, and workforce planning.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels within the organization.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data.
7. Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
8. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to HR and employment.
10. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
