Human Resources Generalist
Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Partner to join their team. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between management and employees, providing expert guidance on HR policies, programs, and practices. Your primary objective will be to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and support the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with department leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, offering insights and recommendations on workforce planning and development.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution to promote a healthy workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance management processes, providing training and guidance to managers on best practices for employee feedback and development.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with the recruitment team to identify talent needs, participate in the hiring process, and enhance onboarding experiences for new employees.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and facilitate professional development programs that support employee growth and align with business goals.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements, providing guidance on employee rights and obligations.
- Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess employee engagement, retention, and performance, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, supporting initiatives that foster a sense of belonging among all employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a partner or business-focused role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data analysis and reporting is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
