Responsibilities:
- Personnel File Organization: Assist in maintaining and organizing employee personnel files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and up-to-date.
- Sourcing/Recruiting Support: Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- General HR File Organization: Help organize and maintain HR-related documents, including employee records, compliance documents, and other HR files.
- Quarterly HR Audits: Participate in quarterly HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program for HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams).
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research and present findings clearly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
