About the Job
We are seeking a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist to join a Fishers, IN, manufacturing organization providing world-class systems, processes, and services for the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry. This position is full-time and 100% on-site in Fishers five days per week. This position requires flexibility and operates in a 24/7 environment. Therefore, the Human Resources Recruiting Specialist must live in the Indianapolis area.
The Human Resources Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the execution of HR recruiting processes from identifying and screening qualified candidates to arranging and conducting telephone and virtual interviews and managing technical interviews with managers. The Human Resources Recruiting Specialist will be hiring 350+ employees in a manufacturing facility, therefore a strong background in high volume recruitment is required.

Responsibilities:
- Understands the business needs for HR open requisitions in the assigned area and develops the most effective recruiting strategies in collaboration with leadership, adhering to guidelines, procedures, and company values.
- Oversees the end-to-end headcount budgeting and HR recruiting process, from identifying needs to recruiting and onboarding, ensuring business continuity.
- Creates job profiles in consultation with leadership, selects appropriate recruiting channels, and drafts and publishes job advertisements.
- Manages the scouting and screening of candidates, plans and conducts interviews, and coordinates technical interviews with relevant managers, providing regular updates and final feedback.
- Monitors and manages contractual aspects, ensuring alignment with procedures and guidelines, and keeps the database up to date while providing necessary information to involved functions.
- Works with the HR Manager to implement solutions such as job enlargement, rotation, and mobility to effectively address vacant positions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company guidelines.
- Actively participates in additional activities such as employer branding, recruitment for the company graduate program, and other special projects as assigned.
- Evaluates HR processes to improve and refine local operations and planning while measuring services quality and satisfaction levels.
- Tracks and reports on the progress of HR initiatives, ensuring deadlines and business needs are met and providing updates to ensure targets are achieved.
- Regularly communicates and collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve targets and promote knowledge across the organization.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience HR recruiting in a global setting.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates from a variety of sources.
- Experience recruiting in biopharmaceutical and manufacturing industries required.
