EMESA Recruiting Interns are part of the European Recruitment Operations team, assisting with the on-boarding process and providing support for various operational tasks across the offices and region. The team helps recruiting teams throughout Europe by offering guidance and support in day-to-day recruitment activities.

- A willingness to learn and assist in organizing meetings and interviews.

- Ability to collaborate with international teams and work in diverse cultural settings.
- Support in entering and maintaining accurate candidate data in application tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management systems, with guidance.
- Assisting in the end-to-end application process, including auditing applications, initial screening, and communicating statuses under supervision.
- Willingness to learn how to schedule candidate interviews, update recruitment systems, and prepare interview materials. Exposure to ATS and scheduling tools is a plus.
- Support in administering screening assessments, responding to basic candidate inquiries, and helping process candidate reimbursements.
- Assisting with event logistics, such as setting up schedules, preparing marketing materials, and gathering event feedback.
- Helping convey logistics information for events and interviews through clear communication.
- Assisting the Recruiting Operations and Analytics team with running basic system reports and queries.
- Interest in supporting special projects and analyses as needed.
