Job Description:

Enthusiastic HR Intern to join our User Experience (UX) Design team. This role focuses on delivering digital solutions throughout the employee lifecycle, with a key emphasis on Content Strategy, UI Design, and UX Research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help bring a socialization factor to digital solutions, with the goal of improving engagement, solution adoption and live feedback for solutions improvements.
• Collaborate with the UX team to create engaging and user-friendly digital content.
• Assist in designing intuitive user interfaces that enhance the employee experience.
• Conduct UX research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Support the development and implementation of content strategies.
• Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to optimize digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

Four-year university students who are working in a technical internship role at the company during their study or in summer breaks between university semesters.

Education and Experience Required:
High School Degree 1st Year of University completed--typically a technical degree specialization.
