State specific pay scales for this role are as follows:
$60,355 to $111,694 (CA, NJ, NY, WA, HI, AK, MD, CT, RI, MA)
$54,868 to $101,540 (NV, OR, AZ, CO, WY, TX, ND, MN, MO, IL, WI, FL, GA, MI, OH, VA, PA, DE, VT, NH, ME)
$49,381 to $91,386 (UT, ID, MT, NM, SD, NE, KS, OK, IA, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, IN, SC, NC, WV)
The expected base salary for this position will vary depending on a number of factors, including relevant experience, skills and location.
Position Summary:
The primary job function is to create, design and generate reports that provide valuable insights into various aspects of the workforce. The incumbent will collaborate with HC, leadership and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design report structures, and ensure the accuracy and relevance of HC related data.
Essential Job Functions:
Collaborate with HC teams and business to understand and document data requirements for reports.
Extract and compile HC data from various sources, including UKG Core, survey data, Kudos, and other relevant systems.
Assist with development and maintenance of HC reports and dashboards to meet the needs to different stakeholders.
Assist with the creation and maintenance of reports regarding HC metrics, trends and key performance indicators.
Handle ad-hoc report requests while ensuring that reports are accurate, produced in a timely manner and meet data governance guidelines.
Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and ensure the accuracy of HC reports. Collaborate with HCBPs and business on data quality issues.
Document report development processes, methodologies and data sources.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HC reporting.
Manage and maintain comprehensive HC report library.
Audit and monitor scheduled reporting for accuracy.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HC reporting.
Additional HRIS tasks or project work as necessary
Education:
• BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science or related field.
Experience:
• 2+ years of report writing experience
• Human Capital Background preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
• Advanced computer skills, Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook
• Advanced skills with report writing tools like Business Intelligence, PowerBI, Tableau
• Constant attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
• Experience with HRIS system reporting tool is required, UKG Business Intelligence preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively and professionally communicate at all levels within and outside of the organization
• Strong ability to listen effectively to stakeholders and deliver quality work based on business needs
• Demonstrate ability to assess information, problems, and issues, and seek support from leader
- Regular remote attendance on a full-time schedule Monday – Friday, Pacific Time
