Primary Responsibilities/Essential Function:
- Ensure data integrity in our HR systems; ensure information is available for reporting on a timely basis. Perform data entry auditing, integrity audits, data updates, exports, imports, and reconcile data discrepancies.
- Manage all facets of system security.
- Partner with Director and collaborate with stakeholders to participate and coordinate the review, testing and implementation of various system/process enhancements and updates, new interface feeds and maintenance requests and special projects.
- Provide technical support to the HR Team, to include researching and resolving issues and opening and tracking cases ensuring resolution.
- Provide data analytics by running reports/queries and analyzing data. Provide strategic recommendations based on findings. Illustrate data results through various methods by utilizing charts, graphs and other illustrative methods.
- Find ways to leverage technology to improve business processes for end users and make recommendations on technology, processes and policies.
- Develop, maintain, and support a variety of dashboards and standard/specialized reports.
- Deliver/schedule routine reporting and respond to data requests. Maintain log of HR delivered reports.
- Partner with Director by gathering business requirements and documenting timelines and for projects and annual process cycles for benefits, payroll, recruiting, etc.
- Responsible for updating information under Content Management. Collaborate and continually work with the HR department to assist in obtaining new and useful information.
- Coordinate training for HR Staff. Work with HR management to determine recommended courses and coordinate and track HR training including new system implementations. Identify and recommend opportunities for training. Identify and communicate various methods of streamlining processes and tasks.
- Develop, review and maintain user guides and process documentation for tasks and processes.
Education:
- High School Diploma Required
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
Experience:
- 3+ years of HRIS experience with strong reporting, auditing, analytical and mathematical skills. ADP’s Workforce Now preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft products with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Relevant certifications preferred, but not required.
