About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HRIS Specialist to join our leading employer in the Concord NH area. In this role, you will be responsible for multiple Workday system to support projects to enhance data integrity. You will collaborate with HR stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement system enhancements that align with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Workday HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Configure and customize Workday modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, and Payroll.
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify system needs and provide solutions through Workday functionality.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data and processes to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on Workday functionalities.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making.
- Assist in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday with other systems and applications.
- Stay updated on Workday releases and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience working with Workday HRIS, preferably in an HRIS Analyst role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
- Proficient in creating reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with HR compliance and data governance practices is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Workday certification is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with HR data analytics tools and methodologies.
- Experience in process improvement initiatives within HR.
$30-$40/hour
