HVAC Dispatcher - Ultimate Staffing Services

Responsibilities

A Dispatcher's responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, the following:

• Responsible for communicating with technicians daily on route progress, changes, issues
• Responsible for communicating with Supervisors daily on issues, parts needed, technicians routes, spreadsheets, reporting and etc.
• Responsible for communicating with customers daily.
• Track and organize truck parts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High school diploma/GED
• MUST HAVE Experience in Air Conditioning and Supermarkets.
• Well organized
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook required
• Out of the box thinker with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work well under pressure and problem solve
