This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are experienced in estimating large-scale multifamily construction projects with a background in HVAC/R and Plumbing. Responsibilities:
- Estimate the costs for commercial HVAC projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to accurately assess project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather all necessary information.
- Analyze and evaluate project proposals, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Ensure that all estimates comply with industry regulations, codes, and standards.

Essential Job Functions:
- Prepare and submit accurate and detailed project bids within specified deadlines.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project conditions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective project planning and coordination.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise and support.
- Maintain accurate records of all estimates, proposals, and correspondence.

Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in estimating large-scale multifamily construction projects.
- Strong background in HVAC/R and Plumbing.
- Proficient in interpreting blueprints and project specifications.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
