- Own inventory management like a pro—making sure the team has what they need, when they need it.
- Roll up your sleeves and troubleshoot with your team in the field. You're not just managing from behind a desk.
- Drive the department’s success by owning performance metrics—from invoice totals to labor margins, you're responsible for making the numbers soar.
- Spot and recruit top talent for our team—you know the right person when you see them.
- Resolve safety concerns, manage tools, and ensure compliance with our rock-solid standards.

- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and approval to drive by the company’s insurance carrier.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
- Proficient in customer service, exceeding expectations.
- Experience leading and coaching a team to success.
- Competence in using tablets, smartphones, and GPS systems.
- Flexibility with work hours, including availability outside normal schedules when necessary.
