YOUR NEW ROLE AS AN HVAC Field - Site Supervisor

The position requires a full-time commitment with a schedule typical of a 7 AM start time with an average of 40-50 hours a week.

As an HVAC Field - Site Supervisor, you'll be leading the charge on all aspects of commercial HVAC projects, from initiation to completion. Your day will involve conducting on-site meetings with clients, contractors, and team members to monitor progress and address any issues. You'll manage the procurement of materials and equipment, ensure timely delivery and cost-effective solutions, and coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in commercial HVAC project management or a similar role
• Valid driver's license
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques
• Must speak fluent English

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and budget constraints
• Forklift certification
