Responsibilities:
- Able to install refrigeration piping, sheet metal, and gas piping.
- Provide exceptional customer service. Able to interact with the homeowners while completing installations.
- Provide project leadership with less experienced helpers to complete install projects.
- Focus on safety for self and others.
- Other special projects
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years’ experience in residential HVAC service
- Experience leading apprentices and helpers
- Experience managing projects
- Proficient understanding of gas furnaces, heat pumps, forced air, and ductless systems design and installation
- General knowledge in all HVAC low voltage systems
- Ability to commission, start, and test HVAC systems
- Understand and apply all relevant codes
- Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings
- Have or working towards Washington 06A or 06B certified, City of Seattle refrigeration license.
- Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a frequent basis, and on occasion move and lift heavier items.
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
- Pre-employment drug testing will be conducted.
