Advantage Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Journeyman Service Technician to join our team. • Maintenance and Repair: Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems and plumbing equipment.
• Diagnosis and Solutions: Diagnose mechanical issues accurately and provide effective solutions.
• Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems and recommend preventive measures.
• Customer Service: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, explaining issues and solutions in an understandable manner.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed, materials used, and customer interactions.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency service calls, ensuring customer issues are resolved quickly.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and regulations, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Mechanical Journeyman Service Technician in HVAC and plumbing.
• Licensing: EPA Certification required, Oklahoma Journeyman Card preferred, but will work with the right out of state JM licensed candidates to get them certified in Oklahoma.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
• Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer Service: Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various conditions, handle physically demanding tasks, and lift heavy equipment.
