- Install, add-on, and replace HVAC systems in residential homes
- Teach and instruct Install Helpers while on job sites, or working around shop areas

HVAC Lead Install Technician Requirements:
- Great Attitude with a Dedication to Quality Work
- Customer Service Oriented
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
- Adaptable, flexible, and innovative team player
- Strong Troubleshooting and Critical Thinking Skills
- EPA Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- 1+ Years of HVAC experience, preferably in the residential market

This is a physically demanding job that requires the HVAC Lead Install to perform work in environments that will include exposure to heat, cold, dust, small and tight spaces, requiring climbing ladders to access, lifting, climbing, crawling, kneeling etc. and exposure to varied conditions in residential homes.
