B.K. Mechanical Services is seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in both residential and commercial properties. We are your "All In House" Air conditioning-Heating-Plumbing-Electrical, and Emergency Automated Generator Systems service and installation team on your Commercial or Residential property. Whether you own a Commercial or Residential building, whether you need HVAC installation or service, our goal is to provide you with key environmental systems expertise. You should be at ease and in control - a feeling of confidence and comfort that we are happy to help you establish and maintain.

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and provide effective solutions.
• Install and configure thermostats, ductwork, and related components.
• Ensure all HVAC installations comply with local codes and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
• Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices to continually improve skills and knowledge.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and installation.
• EPA certification or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical diagrams, and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in HVAC installation and maintenance.
• Must have common tradesmen tools such as refrigeration  gauges, multimeters, electronic leak detectors, thermometers
