Your New Role:
As an HVAC Installer with RKM Heating and Air Conditioning, you’ll be at the forefront of providing comfort to our customers. Your day-to-day will include:

• Installing heating and air conditioning equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Working after hours, including occasional weekends and holidays, to meet our customer’s needs.
• Delivering excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Using your mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills to perform installations and routine manual labor.
• Accessing work orders and necessary information using basic computer skills.
• Continuously learning and improving your installation techniques through observation and experience.
• Following verbal and written instructions to maintain consistent, high-quality work.
• Communicating effectively with coworkers, management, and customers to address concerns and provide updates.
• Staying updated on new HVAC technologies and techniques.
• Inspecting and performing equipment repairs and replacements to ensure optimal performance and safety.

• 2+ Years of HVAC residential installation experience
• HVAC degree (EPA) or equivalent
• Valid local driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Acceptable background record
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands/fingers, reach, talk, hear, climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch
• Willingness to be on rotational On Call
• Ability to work overtime (weekends)
• Must pass random drug testing
• Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
• Position may require travel to and from field sites to monitor the status of multiple projects
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
