• Our client is an Mechanical Servicing Company that handles service, installation, and maintenance for commercial and industrial clients. They are looking to add an HVAC Service Dispatcher to join their growing team.

• Plan and schedule dispatch operations to ensure efficiency
• Coordinate schedules for service technicians
• Assign tasks to estimators, project managers, etc.
• Schedule jobs
• Collect time sheets

• The ideal candidate for this position has at least 2+ years of experience dispatching for HVAC jobs. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over the role. They should possess strong organizational skills.
