The HVAC Service Manager will oversee the delivery of top-notch HVAC services and manage a team of skilled technicians, ensuring high standards of service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. If you have a strong background in HVAC management and a drive to excel, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Service Operations: Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient scheduling, dispatching, and job execution.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Budget Management: Monitor departmental budgets and performance metrics, implementing strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is performed to company standards and complies with industry regulations, codes, and safety practices.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve service-related issues and challenges, implementing solutions to enhance service delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the service team.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC service management or a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and service procedures.
• Excellent l eadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and improve operational efficiency.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
