Your New Role As an HVAC Service Technician:

• You'll be the go-to expert for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, from furnaces and boilers to mini splits and air conditioners.

• Bring your A-game in customer service, handling inquiries and issues with professionalism and a smile.

• Support our Junior Technicians and apprentices, helping them grow and thrive in a collaborative environment.

• Use your judgment to troubleshoot and fix issues, ensuring our clients enjoy top-notch comfort.

• Manage multiple projects like a pro, hitting deadlines and exceeding expectations without breaking a sweat.

• Work autonomously, taking ownership of your tasks and delivering high-quality results.

• A base salary between $52,000 and $66,500, depending on your skills, with total earnings ranging from $72,000 to $101,000 annually.

• 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician with proven maintenance and repair skills

• Possession of EPA certification and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong customer service skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

• Independent, self-motivated work ethic with a willingness to mentor junior team members

• Ability to pass a drug and criminal background check and must be authorized to work in the United States
