Your New Role
As an HVAC Service Technician at Delco Air, you’ll be the expert that our commercial and residential clients depend on. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide variety of HVAC systems, including boilers. You’ll work independently, manage your schedule, and provide customers with options to repair or replace their systems, always delivering excellent service.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems and boilers
- Work independently with minimal supervision while staying on schedule
- Maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in your vehicle
- Work with dispatch to ensure smooth job scheduling
- Document systems (make, model, fuel type) for each service visit
- Provide clients with repair vs. replacement options, ensuring their satisfaction
- Be a trusted advisor for customers on their HVAC needs

This Job Is for You If:
- You have 2-5 years of HVAC service experience
- You thrive when working independently and take pride in your work
- You can communicate effectively with clients and provide top-tier customer service
- You are dedicated to continuing your HVAC education and staying ahead of industry trends
- You have experience with forced hot air and hot water systems
- You’re authorized to work in the US and have a clean driving record
- You’re willing to submit to background checks and drug testing
- EPA certification is preferred (but not required)

- 2-5 years of HVAC service experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- EPA certification preferred but not required
- Able to lift and carry 50-75 lbs regularly
- Experience in forced hot air and hot water systems
- Plumbing experience is a plus but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Willingness to submit to background checks and drug tests
- Commitment to continued education in HVAC systems
