About The Role:
The primary responsibility of the position is the engineering technology development forcommercial water chilling systems and data center cooling. In this role the individual will be responsible that technologies are developed and integrated smoothly into the chiller and data center thermal solutions into the new product development process. In this capacity, the senior engineer will be responsible for developing solutions that best meet the local/global market needs by integrating multiple technologies into winning thermal solutions.This person must have an understanding of the thermodynamics of vapor compression, and thermal system modeling.

About The Role:

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop chiller system architecture solutions meets or exceeds the product development requirements
- Thermodynamic based modeling and optimization of chiller system design, fluid filtration and pumping
- Work cross functionally with the technology organization to effectively develop technologies that smoothly launches into production
- Confirm product design performance, capability and reliability testing our engineering product test laboratories utilizing DOE methodologies.
- Collaborate with the product marketing teams locally to develop product requirements and ensure that the product meets their needs when launched
- Follow all appropriate design, safety, and qualification standards in development programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of HVAC systems engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Strong communication skills, primarily in English
- Project leadership experience
- Experience in a new product development, service and/or aftermarket space, preferred
- HVAC industry experience, strongly preferred
- Leadership and teamwork skills required
