Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of HVAC technicians in the field
- Oversee service operations and ensure timely completion of projects
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- 8+ years in residential service - HVAC
- Technical service management experience
- Service management experience
- Highly technical HVAC acumen
- Certification in HVAC is a plus
