GET TO KNOW THE ROLE

Schedule & Location: This full-time role is based in Riverdale, NJ. Your typical work hours will be Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with on-call responsibilities as part of the role, along with opportunities for overtime when you want to earn extra.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician and 2+ years of residential service experience
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and troubleshooting strategies
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, work in various environmental conditions, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work after hours and occasional weekends
• Certification of graduation from a vocational school with an accredited HVAC program

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in ServiceTitan
• Ability to use advanced diagnostic tools and accurately read and interpret wiring diagrams
