PAY & PERKS

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?

Overtime is available for this position. You will have the exciting opportunity to develop, train, and supervise our warehouse staff. This pivotal role will involve scheduling employees, setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings, counseling and training employees, evaluating performance, and directing work assignments to ensure the smooth and effective operation of our department. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the timely and accurate receiving, staging, ticketing, placement, planning, distribution, delivery, and replenishment of parts and materials. You will be responsible for checking inventory levels, identifying reordering needs, and placing orders with our trusted vendors. Your ability to stay in touch with our installation crews will be crucial as you assist them with any unexpected needs that may arise. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that all required materials are filled and delivered in a timely manner. Your excellent organizational and coordination skills will be put to the test as you schedule deliveries and coordinate the pulling of inventories, staging them to ensure that our technicians have all the necessary items to complete their assigned work.

• 3+ years of warehouse experience and a high school diploma (or equivalent) OR an equivalent combination of experience and education
• Strong supervisory, computer, and mathematical skills
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills

Additionally, the following would be a plus:

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, or HVAC
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Reliability
• Ability to work independently
• Efficient time management skills
• Customer service skills
