JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
Develop, Oversee and Manage all creative content for Cellular Sales including all brand and marketing assets expressed through mediums and forms. Responsible for external-facing websites, advertising and its approval process, customer communications, national in-store digital merchandising efforts, video production, and signage artwork and approvals. Manage advertising relationship/partnership with corporate Verizon team. The purpose of the position should be to serve the sales force through the methods listed above. As we continue to develop our point of sale, and expand personalized digital communications with customers, this position will oversee a vast amount of change in the company and could have large and long-lasting impact on sales numbers. In-store merchandising partnerships with manufacturers also represent a significant revenue stream impacted by this department.
Essential Functions
- Oversee continued refinement of branding strategy
- Manage all creation and budgeting processes for all external marketing communications including, but not limited to, email, SMS, in-store radio, print, social media, digital advertising, in-store digital signage, lead generation applications
- Ability to monitor key performance metrics and make real-time decisions based on findings with a focus on maximizing lead generation
- Own development & optimization of all customer life-cycle communications
- Evaluate and develop social media strategies and manage social media channels to increase followers, engagement and sales as appropriate
- Supervise the continued development of a growing in-house marketing, creative, and CRM team
- Responsible for monitoring competitor products, sales and marketing activities
- Oversees and evaluates market research/new industry opportunities and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
- Ability to adapt and respond to multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Advertising or equivalent experience preferred
- 18-20 years of experience, background in wireless, marketing, and sales preferred
- A highly motivated and collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism, collegiality and a commitment to deliver “WOW” service both internally and externally.
- Prior team management experience highly preferred

This position has supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Required Education and Experience
- 4-year degree
Preferred Education and Experience
- 20 years retail and/or advertising industry experience required.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
- Wireless industry experience is mandatory.
- An extensive background in advertising with strong proficiency in brand, lead generation, and digital media.
- Proven experience managing projects and creative personnel in a fast-paced environment.
