What we do:
The Risk Group's Mission is to help the Bank achieve its strategic objectives through value-added independent and integrated risk assessments, independent risk oversight, and by providing advice, insight, and tools that enhance resilience and improve business outcomes.
The Risk Analytics & Reporting function is responsible for Risk Systems, applications, Data, Analytics, Data Science Use cases, Metrics, Risk Reporting and project management that helps the Bank more effectively and efficiently manage risks. This function works collaboratively across the Bank, with National IT, and the FRS system.
We are seeking a dynamic and proven leader as the Head of Risk Analytics & Reporting team and invite you to apply if you are passionate about making a meaningful impact in risk management and thrive in a leadership role. In this role you will report to the Chief Risk Officer and inspire, mentor, and develop a team of Risk professionals responsible for Risk Metrics, Risk systems, applications, data analysis and support operations ensuring full alignment with the Bank’s strategic priorities to Simplify, Innovate, and Lead.
Your role as Head of Risk Analytics & Reporting:
Own the end-to-end product strategy for Risk, leveraging the GRC (Governance Risk Compliance) tool Archer, including functionality such as risk events, integrated risk assessments, control testing and risk metrics.
Create and implement data analytics and visualization practices across Risk function, integrating various data sets and developing dashboards for risk management insight for use across 1st, 2nd and 3rd lines of defense.
Translate capability needs into technology plans and solutions in partnership with the Risk Group leadership team, Technology Group, and key business and risk practitioner stakeholders.
Lead, develop, and coach a diverse and inclusive team of risk and technology professionals.
Lead a culture of risk technology innovation through collaborative engagement with Bank stakeholders, supported by knowledge of leading practices.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps and strategies, using the PDLC (Product Development Lifecycle) manage business and technical requirement gathering and product prototyping, and lead development and delivery of relevant training.
Drive the development of innovative risk management solutions to address emerging challenges and opportunities for the Bank.
Build on the Bank’s culture of collaboration, diversity and inclusion, and public service in providing an environment that allows employees to grow while being their authentic selves.
Build relationships and influence at all levels across the Bank, the Federal Reserve System, and other organizations.

Proven background with a track record of successful leadership driving results and proactively managing change in dynamic organizational, technological operating environments, ideally with a mission-driven focus.
Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and risk systems with a practical, strategic approach to risk management.
Outstanding people manager with inspirational leadership skills and a proven ability to coach, lead, and develop others to achieve their professional best while fostering an inclusive culture.
Demonstrated passion and genuine enthusiasm for the field of risk management and technology.
Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices, and Continual desire for learning as it relates to innovation.

Salary Range: $325000-$375000 / year
