Head of Sales
In office 2 days a week (Northern NJ)
Our client, a fast-growing technology provider for experiential gatherings, is looking for a Head of Sales to lead their inbound sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will come from a smaller company and have experience managing a sales team of at least 5. Initially focused on optimizing inbound sales, this role will expand to include outbound strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end sales processes, focusing on inbound lead optimization.
- Set and track sales targets, KPIs, and strategic sales plans.
- Lead and develop a team of 5+ sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure sales alignment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and data analysis to optimize performance.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven senior sales leadership experience from a smaller, fast-paced company.
- Track record of managing and mentoring a team of 5+.
- Strong background in both inbound and outbound sales.
- Expertise in sales strategy, goal setting, and achieving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
