Job Description:

Join our team as a Header Blaster/Painter! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces of metal or hard composition objects, ensuring they are ready for painting. Your work will include removing scale, sand, paint, grease, rust, and dirt to achieve specified finishes.

Responsibilities:

• Abrade surfaces to remove adhering materials and impart specified finishes.
• Shovel or pour abrasives such as sand, grit, or shot into the machine hopper.
• Select premixed paints or mix required portions of pigment, oil, and other substances to prepare paint that matches specified colors.
• Prepare products for painting before and after application.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in using a power spray gun.
• Ability to pass a Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) and be fitted to wear a respirator.
• Physically active, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
