Header Welder - Stand-By Personnel

Position: Header Welder (Night Shift)
Location: Sapulpa
Pay Rate: $23.50–$25.50/hr (Based on Experience)
Schedule: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a dedicated Header Welder to join our team, working the evening shift. This role is essential in the fabrication of Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers, where precision and adherence to safety and quality standards are a must. Responsibilities

• Perform welds for air-cooled heat exchangers, ensuring durability and quality.
• Work with the team to maintain high standards throughout the fabrication process.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.

Requirements

• Ability to pass required weld tests (details below), as well as drug screening and background checks.
• Familiarity with night shift responsibilities and readiness to work scheduled hours.

Weld Tests (Requirements for Pay Scale):

• Required: 2G Mig & Fluxcore + 1G Subarc
• Additional (Increases Pay): 2G Stick, 3G Vertical Uphill TIG on a 3/4” plate with a double bevel.
