Health Care Associate Attorney (Medicaid Regulatory and Policy Advising) - Top Tier Reps LLC

Our client is in search of candidates who demonstrate a keen interest and enthusiasm for tackling the intricate regulatory and policy challenges within the Medicaid program. They are particularly interested in individuals who are passionate about supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing access to affordable, high-quality healthcare services. While experience in Medicaid-related areas such as coverage, reimbursement, managed care delivery systems, or projects under section 1115 of the Social Security Act is preferred, they encourage candidates without direct experience to apply if they possess a strong interest in Medicaid and a willingness to learn, especially if they have familiarity with the federal Administrative Procedure Act.

In addition to working on Medicaid issues, candidates will have the opportunity to engage with various facets of our client's multidisciplinary practice.
