We are building our Health Solutions team with the best talent and will consider great candidates in our New York City office.
This is a hybrid role requiring the successful applicant to work 2-3 days per week in the office.

What the day will look like:
In this position, you will support the Lead Consultant and Account Executive on the team taking ownership of and accountability for projects and deliverables. This position includes delegation of assignments to team members and peer review of their work, but also involves being actively involved in performing analysis, drafting client presentations, participating in client meetings, and identifying client needs for other services. This position will serve as the primary day-to-day vendor and/or client contact.
Additionally, the Health Solutions Consultant will:
- Coordinate with internal resources including Centers of Excellence, audit, legal, and specialized broking teams
- Facilitate communication with external stakeholders and vendor partners
- Draft and manage project plans
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues

Skills and experience that will lead to success:
- Two to Five years of experience in group health and benefits consulting, or relevant industry, with a strong working knowledge of benefits
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience
- Must have appropriate insurance license/life and health (can be fulfilled post-hire)

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $82,000.00 - $110,000.00 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of New York City. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
A summary of all the benefits offered for that position:
Aon offers a benefits package for temporary and seasonal employees who will work 20 or more hours per week including: medical, dental, and vision insurance at the employee’s expense, critical illness insurance, 10 Company holidays per calendar year (paid, if eligible), paid sick leave as provided under state and local law, and a 401(k) savings plan with employer contributions. Eligibility for benefits are governed by the applicable plan documents and policies.
