Hourly pay

: \$70-\$79, depending on experience

Qualifications:

- Actively licensed and in good standing in the U.S

jurisdiction where you reside:

California, Washington, or Oregon

- 3+ years of experience as a healthcare attorney

- Experience in the following areas required: - Healthcare regulatory work, including physician contracting, hospital operations, HIPAA, and healthcare vendor/supply chain contracting

- Medical staff bylaws interpretation and application, including credentialing and regulatory compliance

- Conducting fair hearings and managing adverse actions against medical staff

- In-house experience within hospital medical staff offices would be a plus

- California regulatory knowledge, especially related to the corporate practice of medicine

- Comfortable working in high-volume, sensitive environments where quick yet accurate counsel is required
