We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Partnerships Manager who finds motivation in establishing scalable processes and cultivating relationships with medical professionals in key markets. You will develop, refine, and expand playbooks that align partner goals with outcomes to drive business growth for We Inspect and its offerings.
We are looking for individuals with a proven history of exceeding goals in outbound healthcare sales or business development. This role is vital for boosting our referral network from functional medicine doctors, naturopathic doctors, and integrative medicine practitioners, with an emphasis on restoring and expanding our lead generation through these channels.

You Will…
- Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain strong, productive relationships with medical practitioners in designated markets
- Organize and participate in meetings, seminars, and other events to promote We Inspect’s services to the medical community
- Educate potential and existing referral sources about the benefits of our inspection services and The Dust Test for their patients
- Collect and analyze market data to adjust strategies as needed to optimize outreach and engagement
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create materials and campaigns tailored for the medical community
- Provide regular updates and feedback to practitioners on patient referrals (those who have booked, findings in their homes, client/patient support)
- Provide regular updates and feedback to management on partnership development and performance
You Have…
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience meeting sales quotas in outbound sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the healthcare industry
- 3 years of experience independently sourcing at least 50% of deals through outbound channels
- Demonstrated success in exceeding an annual quota or generating an equivalent amount of incremental revenue through partnership growth
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various professional groups
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet with partners and attend events as required
Key Performance Indicators
- Number of new medical practitioners engaged per quarter
- Conversion rate of engaged practitioners to active referrers
- Growth in referral-based leads as a percentage of total leads
- Satisfaction ratings from medical practitioners on partnership value and support
Compensation and Benefits:
- Variable Compensation, Exempt position
- The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position range from $100,000 to $120,000, with a base salary between $60,000 and $80,000. Approximately 50% of the OTE is made up of commission. The base pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
