Schedule: Full-time with shifts varying from 8 AM to 8 PM. Overtime opportunities are available!

As our Heating and Cooling Service Manager, you start your day buzzing with excitement as you gather your team in our office, setting the tone for a successful day ahead. You're the expert troubleshooting in the field, guiding your technicians through challenges while ensuring they have everything they need. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and coordinating dispatch to connect the right technician with each service call is your mission. All the while, you create an uplifting atmosphere filled with laughter and teamwork!
