- Operate assigned heavy equipment efficiently and safely, including both GPS-enabled and non-GPS machines.
- Perform daily maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Adhere to all company safety rules, regulations, and policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator, with at least 2 years of experience in the field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for operating equipment with precision.
- A safety-minded approach to all tasks, with a strong commitment to following safety protocols.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, displaying reliability and cooperation.
- Familiarity with GPS technology and its application in equipment operation is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar environment.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions, blueprints, and work orders.
- Good physical condition and stamina to work long hours in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines.
