Heavy Equipment Technician - Provisional Recruiting

We are seeking a quality Heavy Equipment Technician for large employer located in Spokane, WA. Must be able to possess and maintain Class B CDL, supply own hand tools, ability to read and understand hydraulic & electrical schematics and have firm understanding of PTO and hydraulic installation and repair experience. Requires some travel and overtime as needed.Wage - $25 - $45 Based on experienceQualifications and Competencies: * Possess and maintain a valid Class B Interstate CDL.* Supply own hand tools consistent with a journeyman mechanic.* Ability to read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics (required).* Single and Three phase AC electrical experience.* DC electrical experience.* Multiplex system experience.* PTO and Hydraulic installation and repair experience.* Welding experience.* Geographical knowledge of Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana, or map reading skills.* Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.* Possess a strong desire to grow with the business professionally and personally.Duties and Responsibilities:* Diagnose and repair customer owned equipment in the shop and in the field.* Prepare new equipment for final delivery to customers.* Work in all weather conditions.* Complete and accurate documentation.* Coordinate with different teams, exchange ideas, and participate in cross-team learning opportunities.For immediate consideration please email resume to heidi@provisional.com or apply online.
