Job Details
Job Description:
- This position will provide provisioning services to the client campus end users with primary focus on continual service improvement while working with the Information Services Security Team to ensure policies are being enforced.
- Work on access provisioning for new hires using SailPoint and ServiceNow.
- Document business/technical processes surrounding user access provisioning and identity management.
- Configure application profiles within the access provisioning tools based on gathered requirements.
- Set up and manage automated as well as manual provisioning workflows.
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 1 year of Help Desk experience or equivalent
- At least 1 year of Healthcare experience
- Technical experience with providing user access natively for Active Directory
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with NERM and SailPoint desired
