About the Job
We are looking for an Associate Systems Access Administrator.
The position requires candidates to be onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thurssday!
Position Summary:
Complete assigned training for how to establish and remove access to applications, databases, and share drives, etc. for the family of companies based on information submitted through the Online Service Desk. Requests are to be completed within 5 business days of the date assigned to one of our team queues.
Partner with Senior team members to learn how to quality check work assigned for completion.
Work collaboratively with others in a rapidly changing environment by employing a team-oriented approach focusing on delivering prompt and courteous responses to internal and external customers.
Required Skills and Education:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Sound analytical and problem solving abilities
Ability to interact with all levels of management
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
Knowledge of Service Now
Ability to complete assignments using Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & VISIO)
College degree in Computer and Information Science preferred but not a show stopper if demonstrates can do the job through previous experience
